Dr William Morris

It is with great sadness I must inform you of the passing of Dr. Morris, Minister of Glasgow Cathedral from 1967 to 2005. His son David informed me that he passed peacefully on, 31st October 2013. He was, of course, held in great love and respect by all who had the great fortune to know him, and will be sorely missed.

A short service to mark his life and passing was held on Thursday afternoon at 3:00 pm in the Cathedral.

The Funeral Service for Dr Morris will be held in the Cathedral tomorrow on Tuesday, 12th November, beginning at 11:45 AM.

David and Family would like to extend a warm thank you to everyone who attended the Service of Thanksgiving in honour of Dr Morris. Your attendance and kind words are greatly appreciated.
